What ingredients do you use in your products?
Most of our products are 100% natural with no added synthetics. We use therapeutic grade essential oils and jojoba oil to make our blends. Only our Reed Diffuser range uses a blend of fragrance oils and essential oils.
Why do you use synthetic fragrances?
Our range of Reed Diffusers uses a premium blend of fragrance oils as it allows us to create more complex scents. The scents are also able to last longer and scent the space better. Furthermore, it is more sustainable to product! For example, it takes over 8000 rose flowers to produce 5ml of rose essential oil. With Rose fragrance oils being lab made, it is kinder for the environment.
How long can I keep the products for?
For hand sanitisers, we recommend using them within 6 months as they are alcohol-based, and may evaporate after sometime.
For all other products, they are best used within 1 year.
Are your blends safe for pregnant women and children?
We don't recommend using our rollerball blends for pregnant women and children below 10 years old.
The rest of our product lines remain safe to use for all ages.
What are the available modes of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express. If you would like to pay via PayNow/PayLah, kindly reach out to us via Instagram DM :)
Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
Our products are freshly blended by hand and made-to-order because nothing sits on our shelves. Once blended and packaged, we aim to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. As a result, orders that have already been placed cannot be modified or cancelled.
What should I do if I received the wrong/defective product?
We are terribly sorry for sending you an incorrect/defective item.
Please drop us an email of a picture of your incorrect order/defective item(s) within 14 days and include your order number. Any exchange or return request after the 14 days timeframe will be strictly not accepted.
